- On-location and remote recording services
1. Services Overview
- Studio and service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment terms will be outlined in each client agreement or invoice.
2. Bookings & Payments
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Respect studio property and equipment
- Provide timely feedback or approvals during the production process
- Abide by any studio safety or usage guidelines
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients retain ownership of original content they provide.
- Ginni Media retains the right to showcase completed client work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Any assets, edits, or deliverables produced by Ginni Media are licensed for client use upon full payment and completion of services.
4. Intellectual Property
While we strive for excellence, Ginni Media is not liable for:
- Loss of data, technical malfunctions, or scheduling delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or services
5. Limitation of Liability
You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if these terms are violated.
